Tapprate.com will require 2-3 business days to process your order before your product is shipped. Each order will take an additional 10-15 business days to ship. Each order will receive a tracking number once the product is shipped from our warehouse suppliers. We regret that customer requests for express shipping cannot be met by our company at this time. Tapprate.com and its warehouse suppliers currently ship from the following shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus.

Return Policy

Tapprate.com guidelines on product return must be followed and each case is review on a case by case basis. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please Contact our Customer Service if an item is broken/ defective or incorrect. We don’t accept returns for fitment problems- Please do all research before purchasing from Tapprate.com. We don’t guarantee color match- Exterior / Interior of items. Color can be affected by many factors including year(age), make, model, fading, manufacturer lot, picture angle and lighting and more. We take multiple pictures in an attempt to clearly portray the general color and condition of the item listed for sale. We cannot guarantee color match and don’t accept returns for this reason. Returns accepted if product not as described, buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the product & agree refund with Tapprate.com

Refunds

Each Refund is determined on a case by case basis. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping cost by to our warehouse/suppliers. Buyers have to submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been shipped and completed. You can do this by opening a dispute by contacting customer service.

Warranty

Tapprate.com offers a 15 day warranty on products sold on our website. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been received and completed. You can do this by opening a dispute with customer service. If you agreed with the supplier return your item, please also check our shipping terms. The buyer will pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how Tapprate.com will ship the item back to our supplier.
